Task:

4. Run the tests and summarise what changed and why.
5. If nothing in the project is affected, say so and change nothing.

Heap buffer overflow in vp8 encoding in libvpx in Google Chrome prior to 117.0.5938.132 and libvpx 1.13.1 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)

Upgrade electron to a fixed version for your release line: 22.3.25, 24.8.5, 25.8.4 or 26.2.4. US federal agencies must fix it by 23 Oct 2023.
